About the product
Banner Engineering SM912LV is a photo-electric sensor from the 912 series designed in a retro-reflective mode. It features a Polybutylene Terephthalate (P.B.T.) housing with an Acrylic lens and comes pre-wired with a 6.5ft / 2m cable terminated with bare end flying leads. The housing is black, and it operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc (12Vdc / 24Vdc nom.). This sensor is mounted using an M30 threaded mount and can operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from -20 to +70°C. It offers a degree of protection rated at IP66 NEMA 1, 2, 3, 3S, 4, 4X, 12, and 13. The SM912LV has a rectangular shape with dimensions of 37 mm in width, 51 mm in height, and 36 mm in depth. It includes 1 x digital output (PNP/NPN transistor), has a sensing distance of 30ft / 9m, emits visible red light with a wavelength of 650 nm.
