About the product

Banner Engineering SMA30SELQDC is a photo-electric sensor from the SM30 series designed with a through-beam system and opposed mode "C" modulation frequency, suitable for washdown applications. This sensor features a stainless steel housing and is pre-equipped with a 3-pin 7/8" mini connector for connectivity. It operates on a supply voltage range of 12Vac-240Vac (200Vac / 220Vac nom.) for AC and 10Vdc-30Vdc (12Vdc / 24Vdc nom.) for DC. The SMA30SELQDC can function within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, NEMA 6P, and IP69K. Its M30 cylindrical threaded/barrel shape facilitates easy installation, and it has a sensing distance of up to 150m. The sensor utilizes infrared (IR) light with a wavelength of 880 nm and boasts a quick response time of 10ms / 0.01 s.
