Banner Engineering T18-2VNRS-Q8 is a photo-electric sensor from the T18-2 series designed with a through-beam system and opposed mode pot range potentiometer adjustment. This sensor, functioning as a receiver alone, is housed in thermoplastic with an acrylic lens. It features a pre-equipped 4-pin Euro-style M12 connector for connectivity. The sensor operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc, with nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. It is designed to function within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C. The T18-2VNRS-Q8 offers a high degree of protection with ratings of IP67, IP68, IP69K, and NEMA 6P, making it suitable for harsh environmental conditions. Its shape is an M18 cylindrical threaded/barrel, and it includes 1 x digital output (NPN transistor; complementary). The sensing distance of the sensor is 25m, and it emits visible red light. It has a response time of 1.5ms / 0.0015 s and supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes, with a thread size of M18.
