About the product
Banner Engineering T18-2VPDL-9M is a photo-electric sensor from the T18-2 series, designed with a diffuse mode pot range potentiometer adjustment. This sensor features a thermoplastic housing with an acrylic lens and is pre-wired with a 9m cable terminated with bare end flying leads. It operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc, with 12Vdc and 24Vdc as nominal values. The ambient air temperature for operation ranges from -40 to +70°C. It offers a high degree of protection with ratings of IP67, IP68, IP69K, and NEMA 6P, making it suitable for harsh environmental conditions. The sensor has an M18 cylindrical threaded/barrel shape, includes 1 x digital output (PNP transistor; complementary), and provides a sensing distance of up to 750mm. It emits visible red light and has a response time of 1.5ms / 0.0015 s. The operating modes available are Light-ON and Dark-ON, with a thread size of M18.
