About the product
Banner Engineering VS2AN5C15 is a photo-electric sensor constructed with a thermoplastic housing MABS lns. and designed for a sensing distance of 15mm. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +55 °C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67 NEMA 6, ensuring durability in various environmental conditions. This sensor features a light-ON operating mode and is equipped with 1 x digital output (NPN transistor) for signal processing. It boasts a rapid response time of 1ms / 0.001 s and utilizes a pre-wired 6.5ft / 2m cable with bare end flying leads for connection. The rectangular-shaped sensor operates with a supply voltage range of 10Vdc-30Vdc (12Vdc / 24Vdc nom.) and emits an infrared (IR) light at a wavelength of 660 nm. Its design is based on convergent mode, part of the VS2 series, tailored for precise photo-electric sensing applications.
