Festo DSNU-3/4-12-PPV-A is a double-acting single-ended pneumatic air cylinder designed for mounting via accessories. It features a round cylindrical shape with a high-alloy stainless steel cylinder barrel, wrought aluminium alloy cover, and a high-alloy stainless steel piston rod. The static seals are made from nitrile rubber (NBR) and thermoplastic polyurethane (TPE-U(PU)), ensuring compatibility with ambient air temperatures ranging from -20°C to +80°C. This model offers moderate-corrosion stress resistance (CRC Class 2) and is part of the DSNU Imperial/Inch series. It is designed based on ISO6432, including a built-in magnet and adjustable cushioning at both ends for enhanced performance. The cylinder allows for operation with oil lubrication and position sensing via a proximity sensor. It operates with double-acting compressed air as per ISO8573-1;2010 [7;4;4] standards. The connection type includes a 5/16-24 UNF-2A male threaded rod and a 1/8" NPT threaded pneumatic port, with an operating pressure range of +1 to +10 bar. The bore size is 3/4" (B3/4"), and the stroke length is 12" (S12"), with a cushioning length of 0.67".
