About the product

Anybus by HMS Networks AB9008-B is a gateway within the X-gateway series designed for protocol translation. It features a vertical or flat installation position with galvanic isolation on both BUS/Ethernet sides. The I/O configuration is manageable via a USB port using the Anybus Configuration Manager software. This model includes 1 x SD card slot, operates as both a Modbus TCP Client and Modbus TCP server, and is equipped with 8 x LED indicators for status monitoring. It requires a supply voltage of 19.2-28.8Vdc (24Vdc nominal) and has dimensions of H127mm x W44mm x D114mm. The housing is made from aluminium and plastic, ensuring durability and resilience. For connectivity, it offers 4 x RJ45 connectors for 10/100Mbit/s Modbus TCP in full or half duplex, 1 x 2-poles 5.08mm plug-in screw connector for power, and 1 x USB connector for configuration. It is designed for DIN rail mounting and has an IP20 NEMA 1 degree of protection. The AB9008-B supports the Modbus TCP communication protocol and can operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from -25 to +65°C.
