Panasonic HL-AC1P is an ultra-compact laser collimated beam sensor amplifier designed to enhance sensor functionality. It features a 5-digit red LED display for measured values, setting values, and light amount value resolution. This part offers a comprehensive range of functions including standard received light setting, automatic scaling, scaling display reverse, ECO display, display digits limitation, and various hold functions such as sample, peak, bottom, peak to peak, self peak, and self bottom hold. It also supports zero reset, initial reset, ON-delay, OFF-delay, and one-shot timers, alongside differentiation, sensitivity selection, and threshold value direct setting for precise control. Positioning teaching, 2-point teaching, and automatic teaching are available for ease of use, with hysteresis width variability and monitor focus for enhanced accuracy. It includes non-measuring time setting, (A – B) and (A + B) calculations, and mutual interference prevention, requiring a calculation unit. Laser deterioration detection, key lock, and zero reset memory features ensure sustained performance and security. The HL-AC1P emits a red light with a wavelength of 650 nm and is pre-wired with a 2m 10-core 0.09mm2 composite cable terminated with bare end flying leads for connectivity. It offers 1 x analog output (4-20mA) for linear output, and 3 x digital outputs (PNP / 24Vdc / 50mA) for judgement outputs HIGH/PASS/LOW. The current consumption is 190mA / 0.19 A. Visual position indicators include a green LED for normal operation, an orange LED for when the measured value exceeds the HIGH threshold, and a yellow LED for when the measured value is below the LOW threshold.
