Pilz PILZ-400462 is an emergency push-button designed for wall mounting with a surface mount housing. It features an E-stop push-button set with a round button shape, made from AgNi contact material, and comes in a black color with yellow and red LED indicators. The button has a diameter of 72mm for the head and an installation diameter of 22.3mm. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +55 °C for operation and -25 to +75 °C for storage. This model is designed for a rotational release type operation, allowing users to turn left or right to activate. It supports a rated current of 0.3A at 24Vdc (DC-13), with a minimum operating current of 5mA and a maximum short circuit current condition of 100A, a residual current of 3μA, and a thermal current (Ith) of 3A, with contact fuse protection rated at 1A. The connection is facilitated through a 5-pin M12 connector suitable for PDP67 8DI ION and spring-loaded terminal connections. The PILZ-400462 offers a degree of protection rated at IP65, ensuring protection against dust ingress and low-pressure water jets from any direction. It has a supply voltage range of 19.2-27.6Vdc, with a nominal voltage of 24Vdc, and a power consumption of 2.1W. The device's dimensions are 103.2mm in height, 72mm in width, and 91.8mm in depth.
