Product description

Pilz PILZ-506335 is a non-contact door switch designed for magnetic safety applications. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C and is suitable for act series connection for electronic/electromechanical relay systems. This part comes pre-wired with a 20cm pigtail that terminates with an 8-pin M8 connector. With dimensions of W26.4mm x H37mm x L18mm, it features a square switch and actuator shape. The housing is made of PBT, and the cable insulation is PUR, ensuring durability. It offers a degree of protection rated at IP65 and IP67, making it resistant to dust and water ingress. The rated voltage for switching is 24Vdc. Its yellow housing is easily identifiable, and it has a sensing distance ranging from 3mm (Sao) to 12mm (Sar). The switch includes 3 Normally Open (NO) auxiliary contacts and 2NO (safety contacts; reed) + 1NO (auxiliary contact), with no Normally Closed (NC) auxiliary contacts.
