Pilz PILZ-524120 is a non-contact magnetic safety door switch designed for a wide range of industrial applications. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +70°C and features a protective cap switch, suitable for series connection to electronic or electromechanical relays. This model comes pre-wired with a 5-meter cable, terminated with bare end flying leads, facilitating easy installation. The switch dimensions are W26mm x H36mm x L13mm, ensuring a compact fit for various setups. It boasts an IP67 and IP69K degree of protection, indicating a high level of resistance to dust and water ingress. The square-shaped switch is constructed with a PBT housing and PUR cable insulation, ensuring durability. It operates at a rated voltage of 24Vdc and features a yellow housing for visibility. The sensing distance ranges from 8mm (Sao) to 26mm (Sar), and it includes 2 Normally Open (NO) auxiliary contacts without any Normally Closed (NC) contacts. The contacts are of the 2NO type (safety contact; reed), designed for secure operations.
