Pilz PILZ-570823 is a door lock designed for handle-operated applications, featuring a complete transponder safety gate system. It includes an illuminated push-button for activating the safety gate, a non-illuminated push-button for accessing and interlocking the safety gate, a three-position key switch, an additional illuminated push-button, and an E-stop with a 5-pin M12 connection. This sensing device is equipped with a push-button, color cap, escape release bar, and an actuator suitable for both right or left-hinged gates. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +55 °C and is designed with guard locking, safe interlock coding, two illuminated push-buttons, one non-illuminated push-button, one E-stop, and one key-operated push-button switch plus actuator. The connection type is a plug-in/detachable spring-loaded terminal with 5-pin M12 connector. The dimensions are W200mm x H568mm x L108mm, with a degree of protection of IP54. It requires a supply voltage of 24Vdc and has a power consumption of 2W. The operating mode is power-to-unlock, featuring 2 x digital outputs (OSSD; semiconductor outputs; 500mA) and 2 x digital inputs (safe range inputs; 1.5A; 150ms).
