Pilz PILZ-6Z000008 is a dual-channel safety relay designed for safety gate monitoring and instantaneous E-STOP (Emergency stop) monitoring. It features DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C. The relay has a net height of 105 mm, with safety output contacts rated at 6A for both 24Vdc (DC-1) and 240Vac (AC-1), and 5A for 24Vdc (DC-13) and 230Vac (AC-15). It utilizes fixed spring terminal connections and belongs to the PNOZ c1 sub-range. The dimensions include a width of 22.5mm and a depth of 100 mm, offering an IP40 degree of protection. The supply voltage requirement is 20.4-26.4Vdc (24Vdc nominal), and it is constructed with a PPO housing. Power consumption is rated at 2.5 W. The operating modes support both automatic and manual start, with the capability to increase the number of available contacts through external modules or relays.
