Pilz PILZ-750101 is a safety relay designed for single-channel operation with features including safety gate monitoring, instantaneous E-STOP monitoring, limit switch monitoring, and monitored manual reset for safe separation. It is suitable for DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C. The device has a net height of 98 mm, a rated current for safety output contacts of 6A at 24Vdc (DC-1) and 240Vac (AC-1), and 5A at 24Vdc (DC-13) and 230Vac (AC-15). Connection is facilitated through plug-in/detachable screw terminals, and it belongs to the PNOZ s2 sub-range. With dimensions of W17.5mm x D120mm and a net width of 17.5 mm, it offers an IP40 degree of protection and requires a supply voltage of 20.4-26.4Vdc (24Vdc nom.). The housing is made of PC material, and the power consumption is 2 W. Operating modes include automatic start, manual start, and monitored start with both falling and rising edge detection. It can be expanded with 1 PNOZsigma contact expansion module.
