Pilz PILZ-751124 is a safety relay designed as a dual-channel contact expansion module that features instantaneous contact expansion and ensures safe separation. It is suitable for DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55 °C. The device has a net height of 100 mm, a net width of 22.5 mm, and a net depth of 120 mm. It supports a rated current for safety output contacts of 6A at 24Vdc (DC-1) and 240Vac (AC-1), 4A at 24Vdc (DC-13), and 3A at 230Vac (AC-15). Connection is facilitated through plug-in/detachable spring terminal connections. This part falls under the PNOZ s22 sub-range and offers a degree of protection of IP40. The supply voltage required is 24Vdc, and the housing is made of PC material. It operates in a dual-channel mode with supply voltage provided via a PNOZsigma connector. The digital outputs include 6 x instantaneous safety outputs (6NO / 6xSPST-NO each made of 2 N.O. contacts in series; 3 contacts each for Ext.1/O0 and Ext.2/O1; 6A 24Vdc DC-1 or 240Vac AC-1 resistive load) and 2 x instantaneous auxiliary outputs (2NC / 2xSPST-NC each made of 2 N.C. contacts in series; 1 contact each for Ext.1/O0 and Ext.2/O1).
