Pilz PILZ-751126 is a safety relay designed for single or dual-channel operation with capabilities for safety gate monitoring, instantaneous E-STOP monitoring, limit switch monitoring, and light beam device monitoring of type 2 and type 4, with or without test pulse. It supports monitored manual reset, start-up testing, and self-test functions. This part is suitable for DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C. It has a net height of 100 mm, a rated current for safety output contacts of 6A at 24Vdc (DC-1), 6A at 240Vac (AC-1), 4A at 24Vdc (DC-13), and 3A at 230Vac (AC-15). The connection type is plug-in/detachable spring terminals, and it accepts a supply voltage range of 40.8-264Vac and 40.8-264Vdc, covering multiple nominal voltages. The PILZ-751126, part of the PNOZ s4 sub-range, measures 22.5mm in width, 120mm in depth, and offers a degree of protection of IP40. The housing is made of PC material, and the power consumption is 2.5 W. It features 3 x instantaneous safety outputs and 1 x instantaneous auxiliary output, plus 1 x auxiliary semiconductor output. The relay includes 2 digital inputs and 1 reset/start input, with protection functions accommodating 2 operating modes regarding the detection of shorts across contacts.
