Pilz PILZ-751132 is a safety relay designed for dual-channel operation with two-hand monitoring type III A and simultaneity monitoring. It is suitable for DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55 °C. The device has a net height of 100 mm and supports a rated current for safety output contacts of 6A at 24Vdc (DC-1) and 240Vac (AC-1), and 5A at 24Vdc (DC-13) and 230Vac (AC-15). Connection is facilitated through plug-in/detachable spring terminal connections. As part of the PNOZ s6.1 sub-range, it measures 22.5mm in width, offers a degree of protection of IP40, and requires a supply voltage of 20.4-26.4Vdc (24Vdc nominal). The housing is made of PC material, with a net width of 22.5 mm, a depth of 120 mm, and a power consumption of 3.5 W. Its operating mode includes dual-channel functionality with detection of shorts across contacts and feedback loop monitoring. The relay features 3 x instantaneous safety outputs (3NO / 3xSPST-NO each made of 2 N.O. contacts in series; 6A 24Vdc DC-1 or 240Vac AC-1 resistive load) and 1 x instantaneous auxiliary output (1NC / SPST-NC made of 2 N.C. contacts in series), plus 1 x auxiliary output (semiconductor output; 24Vdc; 20mA). It also includes protection functions for the detection of shorts across contacts, 2 x digital inputs (24Vdc; 15mA), and 1 x feedback/reset input.
