Pilz PILZ-773950 is a safety relay designed for single or dual-channel operation, offering features such as safety gate monitoring, instantaneous and delayed E-STOP monitoring, and a monitored manual reset. It is suitable for DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C. This model, part of the PNOZ p1vp sub-range, measures 94 mm in height, 45 mm in width, and 135 mm in depth, with a degree of protection rated at IP40. The relay's connection is facilitated through plug-in/detachable screw terminals, ensuring a secure and reliable connection. It is constructed with an ABS top housing and a PPO bottom housing, supporting a supply voltage of 20.4-26.4Vdc (24Vdc nominal). The operating modes include options for single-channel operation without redundancy, dual-channel operation with redundancy, automatic start, manual start, and monitored start, catering to various safety requirements. The digital outputs consist of one instantaneous control output and one delayed control output, both connected to the PNOZpower bus, with selectable time delays ranging from 1.5 to 300 seconds, and two instantaneous auxiliary outputs (semiconductor outputs; 24Vdc; 20mA). Additionally, it features two digital inputs (24Vdc; 40mA), one feedback input, and one start input, alongside protection functions that accommodate two operating modes with or without detection of shorts across contacts.
