Pilz PILZ-774130 is a safety relay designed for single or dual-channel operation with features including safety gate monitoring, instantaneous E-STOP monitoring, limit switch monitoring, and light beam device monitoring for both type 2 (with or without test pulse) and type 4. It offers an ON-delay de-energization timer, delayed E-STOP monitoring, monitored manual reset, and start-up testing with AND input and OR input. The self-test function ensures operational integrity. This part is suitable for DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55 °C. It has a net height of 94 mm, a rated current of 2A, and utilizes plug-in/detachable screw terminal connections. The PNOZ e1vp sub-range part measures 22.5mm in width and 121mm in depth, with a degree of protection rated at IP40. It requires a supply voltage of 19.2-30Vdc (24Vdc nominal) and is constructed with a PPO housing and an ABS front housing. The relay features 1 x instantaneous auxiliary output, 1 x instantaneous safety output, and 1 x delayed safety output with a selectable time delay up to 300 seconds, alongside 2 x test pulse outputs. It includes protection functions for two operating modes, digital inputs for enhanced connectivity, and the ability to increase the number of available contacts through external modules.
