Pilz PILZ-774505 is a safety relay designed for single or dual-channel operation with functions including safety gate monitoring, instantaneous and delayed E-STOP monitoring, limit switch monitoring, and monitored manual reset. It is suitable for DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C. This model, part of the PNOZ XV2 sub-range, measures 87mm in height, 45mm in width, and 121mm in depth, with a degree of protection rated at IP40. The safety output contacts are rated at 8A for both 24Vdc (DC-1) and 240Vac (AC-1), 7A for 24Vdc (DC-13), and 5A for 230Vac (AC-15). Connection is facilitated through fixed screw terminal connections. The supply voltage requirement is 20.4-26.4Vdc (24Vdc nominal), with a power consumption of 4.5W. The housing is made of PPO with an ABS front, ensuring compatibility with various industrial environments. It features 2 x instantaneous safety outputs and 2 x delayed safety outputs, with the delayed outputs offering a selectable time delay between 0.1s and 30s. The relay also includes digital inputs for enhanced functionality, including 2 x digital inputs, 1 x start input, and 1 x reset input, supporting a comprehensive range of safety monitoring applications.
