Pilz PILZ-774739 is a safety relay designed for single or dual-channel operation with functions including safety gate monitoring, instantaneous E-STOP monitoring, limit switch monitoring, and light beam device monitoring for both type 2 (with or without test pulse) and type 4 devices. It features monitored manual reset and is suitable for DIN rail mounting. The ambient air temperature for operation ranges from -10 to +55 °C. This model has a net height of 87 mm, and it supports a rated current for safety output contacts of 8A at 24Vdc (DC-1), 8A at 240Vac (AC-1), 7A at 24Vdc (DC-13), and 5A at 230Vac (AC-15). Connection is facilitated through fixed screw terminal connections, and it operates on a supply voltage (AC) of 195.5-264Vac (230Vac / 240Vac nom.). The PILZ-774739, part of the PNOZ X10.1 sub-range, measures 90mm in width, has a degree of protection of IP40, and is constructed with a PPO housing and ABS front housing. The operating modes include options for single-channel operation without redundancy, dual-channel operation with and without detection of shorts across contacts, automatic start, manual start, and monitored start. It features 6 x instantaneous safety outputs and 4 x instantaneous auxiliary outputs, alongside 2 operating modes for protection functions. Digital inputs include 2 x digital inputs, 1 x feedback input, and 1 x start input.
