Pilz PILZ-774789 is a safety relay designed for single or dual-channel operation with capabilities for safety gate monitoring, instantaneous and delayed E-STOP monitoring, and limit switch monitoring. It features DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C. The device has a net height of 87 mm, a width of 90 mm, and a depth of 121 mm, with a degree of protection rated at IP40. The safety output contacts are rated at 8A for both 24Vdc (DC-1) and 240Vac (AC-1), 7A for 24Vdc (DC-13), and 5A for 230Vac (AC-15). Connection is established via fixed screw terminal connections. The PILZ-774789, part of the PNOZ V sub-range, requires a supply voltage of 20.4-26.4Vdc (24Vdc nominal) and consumes 5W of power. Its housing is made of PPO with an ABS front, ensuring compatibility with various industrial environments. The relay offers three instantaneous safety outputs and one instantaneous auxiliary output, alongside one delayed safety output with a selectable time delay ranging from 0 to 300 seconds. It also includes two digital inputs, one feedback input, and one start input, supporting a range of safety functions without the need for external contactors or relays when expanding contact availability.
