Pilz PILZ-777086 is a safety relay designed for single-channel safety relay applications including safety gate monitoring, instantaneous E-STOP monitoring, and limit switch monitoring. It features DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C. The device has a net height of 94 mm and supports rated current for safety output contacts at 6A for both 24Vdc (DC-1) and 240Vac (AC-1), 4A for 24Vdc (DC-13), and 5A for 230Vac (AC-15). Connection is facilitated through plug-in/detachable screw terminal connections. As part of the PNOZ X1P sub-range, it measures 22.5mm in width, offers a degree of protection of IP40, and requires a supply voltage of 20.4-26.4Vdc (24Vdc nominal). The housing is made of PPO with an ABS front, and the device consumes 1.5 W of power with dimensions of 22.5mm in width and 121mm in depth. It operates in single-channel mode without redundancy in the input circuit, detecting earth faults in the start and input circuit. The relay can be started automatically once the input circuit is closed or manually with both the input and start circuits closed. It allows for an increase in the number of available contacts by connecting contact expansion modules or external contactors/relays. The digital outputs include 3 x instantaneous safety outputs (3NO / 3xSPST-NO each made of 2 N.O. contacts in series; 6A 24Vdc DC-1 or 240Vac AC-1 resistive load) and 1 x instantaneous auxiliary output (1NC / SPST-NC made of 2 N.C. contacts in parallel). Additionally, it has 1 x digital input (24Vdc; 45mA) and 1 x start input (Y1-Y2).
