Pilz PILZ-777313 is a safety relay designed for single or dual-channel operation with capabilities for safety gate monitoring, instantaneous E-STOP monitoring, limit switch monitoring, and light beam device monitoring type 2 and type 4. It supports monitored manual reset and can be mounted on a DIN rail. The ambient air temperature for operation ranges from -20 to +55 °C. This part has a net height of 94 mm, and it offers safety output contacts ratings of 8A at 24Vdc (DC-1), 8A at 240Vac (AC-1), 6A at 24Vdc (DC-13), and 5A at 230Vac (AC-15). Connection is facilitated through plug-in/detachable screw terminal connections. The supply voltage requirements are 20.4-26.4Vac (24Vac nominal) and 20.4-26.4Vdc (24Vdc nominal) for AC and DC respectively, belonging to the PNOZ X3.10P sub-range. Dimensions include a width of 45mm and a depth of 121mm, with a degree of protection rated at IP40. The housing is made of PPO with an ABS front, and the power consumption is 2.5 W. It features 3 x instantaneous safety outputs and 1 x instantaneous auxiliary output, plus 1 x auxiliary output (semiconductor output).
