Pilz PILZ-777314 is a safety relay designed for dual-channel safety relay operations with two-hand monitoring type III C. It is suitable for DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +55°C. The device has a net height of 94 mm, a width of 45 mm, and a depth of 121 mm. It features safety output contacts rated at 5A for both 24Vdc (DC-1) and 240Vac (AC-1), 1.5A for 24Vdc (DC-13), and 2.5A for 230Vac (AC-15). The connection type is plug-in/detachable screw terminals, and it requires a supply voltage of 20.4-26.4Vac (24Vac nominal). The P2HZ X1P sub-range safety relay has a power consumption of 6 VA and offers a degree of protection of IP40 with a PPO housing and ABS front housing. It operates in dual-channel mode with the capability to detect shorts across contacts, redundant input circuits, earth faults in the start and input circuit, short circuits in the input circuit, and shorts across contacts in the input circuit. The digital outputs include 3 x instantaneous safety outputs (3NO / 3xSPST-NO each made of 2 N.O. contacts in series; 5A 24Vdc DC-1 or 240Vac AC-1 resistive load) and 1 x instantaneous auxiliary output (1NC / SPST-NC made of 2 N.C. contacts in parallel), plus 2 x instantaneous auxiliary outputs (semiconductor outputs; 24Vdc; 20mA). It also features 2 x digital inputs (24Vdc; 45mA), and 1 x feedback loop input for comprehensive protection and monitoring functions.
