Pilz PILZ-787586 is a safety relay designed for single or dual-channel safety relay contact expansion module applications. It features instantaneous contact expansion and is capable of monitoring light beam devices of type 2 (with or without test pulse) and type 4. This part is suitable for DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55 °C. It has a net height of 101 mm and supports rated currents for safety output contacts at 6A for both 24Vdc (DC-1) and 240Vac (AC-1), 4A for 24Vdc (DC-13), and 3A for 230Vac (AC-15). The connection type is plug-in/detachable spring terminals. The supply voltage ranges from 20.4-264Vac (24Vac / 120Vac / 240Vac nominal) and 20.4-264Vdc (24Vdc / 110Vdc / 120Vdc / 220Vdc / 250Vdc nominal), belonging to the sub-range name PZE X4.1P.
