Red Lion DA70A0G5E5A5P040 is a modular cellular router designed for DIN rail mounting with an IP30 degree of protection. This router is part of the FlexEdge DA70A Advance automation controllers sub-range and features a design with 3 x sled slots for various connections: slot (1) includes 2 x Ethernet ports, slot (2) includes 2 x RS-232 ports, and slot (3) includes a J1939 port. It offers a wide array of functions including a modular cellular router, configuration software accessible via Web GUI or Crimson, networking software that supports Firewall, RADIUS authentication, Routing, NAT, IP Fallback, and VPN Client-Server functionalities. Additionally, it is equipped with automation software that supports over 300 drivers, IIoT connectors, OPC UEA, SQL Sync, data logging, a virtual HMI, and an advanced Web Server. The IEC control software, Crimson Control, further enhances its capabilities. Connection options include 1 x RJ12 port (RS-232 serial port), 2 x RJ45 ports (RS-485 serial port), 2 x RJ45 ports (10/100BaseTX), 1 x USB type A + 1 x USB type B connectors, and 1 x micro SD card port extension port for additional I.O.'s. It also features 2 x RJ45 (Ethernet) ports, 2 x RJ12 (RS-232) isolated ports, and 1 x J1939 port via media module. The supply voltage requirement is 12-24Vdc, and it supports Ethernet, RS-485, and RS-232 communication protocols.
