Schneider Electric ATV32HU11M2 is a Variable Speed/Frequency Drive (VSD/VFD) / Inverter from the Altivar 32 series, designed for controlling motor speed by varying the supply frequency. It incorporates advanced safety functions including STO (Safe Torque Off up to SIL3 / PLe), SS1 (Safe Stop 1), SLS (Safely Limited Speed), and SDI (Safe Direction Information). The drive offers sensorless flux vector control and supports a sensorless ratio for synchronous motors, delivering 170-200% of the nominal motor torque. It features a built-in EMC filter and heatsink, operates on a single-phase supply voltage ranging from 170-264Vac, and is designed with an IP20 degree of protection. The unit's dimensions are H317mm x W60mm x D245mm. It has a rated current of 6.9A at 4kHz, with a maximum current capacity of 6.9A for 60 seconds. Communication is facilitated via Modbus and CANopen protocols. The output frequency range is 0.1-599 Hz. It includes 1 analog output (0-10Vdc / 0-20mA), 4 digital inputs (24Vdc; sink/source) plus additional configurable inputs, 1 digital output (24Vdc; sink/source), 1 digital output with C/O SPDT relay contact, and another with NO relay contact. There are also 2 analog inputs (-10...+10Vdc) and 1 analog input (0-20mA / 4-20mA).
