Schneider Electric ATV71HC25N4 is a Variable Speed/Frequency Drive (VSD/VFD) / Inverter from the Altivar 71 series, designed for variable speed and frequency control with a U/F ratio of 2 points / 5 points. It features sensorless flux vector control, ENA System, and vector control with or without speed feedback. This model can deliver 220% of the nominal motor torque for 2 seconds and 170% of the nominal motor torque for 60 seconds. It is equipped with a built-in DC choke, EMC filter, and a heatsink, with a coated version for enhanced chemical resistance. The supply voltage ranges from 323-528Vac, supporting 380Vac, 400Vac, 480Vac, and 500Vac nominal voltages. Dimensions are H1190mm x W595mm x D377mm, and it has a conformal coating for chemical resistance, with an IP20 UL type 1 degree of protection. The rated current specifications include 427A and 481A at 380Vac for 220kW and 250kW respectively, with a maximum current of up to 793A for 250kW for 2 seconds. Wall mounting is the prescribed mounting mode, and it supports Modbus and CANopen communication protocols. This 3-phase network device outputs frequencies from 0.1-500 Hz and includes 1 analog output, 5+1 programmable digital inputs, and 3 digital outputs.
