Square D by Schneider Electric JLL36250 is a Moulded Case Circuit Breaker (MCCB) within the PowerPacT JLL sub-range, featuring a PowerPact J-Frame design. This 3-pole (3P) circuit breaker is rated for 250A with a thermal protection for overload and magnetic protection for short-circuit scenarios. It supports a rated insulation voltage (Ui) of 750 V, an AC rated voltage of 600Vac and 600Y/347Vac, and a DC rated voltage of 500Vdc. The JLL36250 is designed for individual unit mount on plate, with dimensions of 191 mm in height, 105 mm in width, and 127 mm in depth. It offers an IP40 degree of protection and operates via a toggle (manual) mechanism. The protection settings include an over-current fixed at 250A and a short-circuit pickup current adjustable between 1250A and 2500A. Its rated operating voltage (Ue) is 690 V, with a rated impulse voltage (Uimp) of 8 kV. The trip current rating is 250 AT, and the frame current rating is 250 AF. The short circuit breaking rating varies with voltage, up to 125kA at 240Vac and down to 20kA at 250Vdc, according to UL489 standards. The trip unit type is thermal-magnetic (adjustable) without a display, and it falls under utilisation category A. Connection is facilitated by lugs on both load and line sides.
