Product description

Schneider Electric LV433610 is a Moulded Case Circuit Breaker (MCCB) within the NSX400R sub-range, designed for lug connection and equipped with three poles. It features a comprehensive suite of protection functions including long-time (L), short-time with fixed time delay (S0), instantaneous (I), phase unbalance or phase loss, locked rotor, under-load (under-current), long start, and ground fault protection (G). The rated current is 320A, with a rated insulation voltage (Ui) of 800V. Protection settings are adjustable, with L ranging from 0.5 to 1 x In, S0 from 5 to 13 x Ir, I fixed at 4800A, and G from 0.4 to 1 x In with a time delay of 0.1 to 0.4s. The device also features a trip current rating of 320 AT, a frame current rating of 400 AF, and is capable of withstanding 15,000 mechanical operations at no load and up to 12,000 electrical operations at 690Vac with half load (In/2), and 6,000 operations at full load (In). Rated impulse voltage (Uimp) is 8 kV, and the rated voltage for phase-to-phase connections is 690 V. The trip unit, Micrologic 6.3E-M (LSIG), is an interchangeable electronic type, offering measurement functions such as current and voltage across phases, voltage unbalance, phase sequence, power metrics (P, Q, S, cos phi), energy consumption (kWh, kVAh, kVARh), demand current/power with an adjustable time window, and total harmonic distortion (THDu, THDv, THDi). It is classified under utilisation category A.
