Product description
Schneider Electric LV433748 is a Moulded Case Circuit Breaker (MCCB) within the NSX630HB2 sub-range, designed for lug connection and equipped with three poles. It features a comprehensive suite of protection functions including long-time protection (L), short-time protection with fixed time delay (S0), instantaneous protection (I), phase unbalance or phase loss, locked rotor, under-load (under-current), long start, and ground fault protection (G). The rated current is 500A with a rated insulation voltage (Ui) of 800V. Protection settings are adjustable, with long-time protection ranging from 0.5 to 1 x In, short-time protection from 5 to 13 x Ir, instantaneous protection fixed at 6500A, and ground fault protection from 0.4 to 1 x In with a time delay between 0.1 to 0.4 seconds. The device also features a trip current rating of 500 AT, a frame current rating of 630 AF, and is capable of withstanding rated impulse voltage (Uimp) of 8 kV. Mechanical durability is rated at 15,000 operations at no load, and electrical durability at 6,000 operations (690Vac; In/2) and 2,000 operations (690Vac; In) with load. The rated voltage for phase-to-phase connections is 690V. The trip unit, Micrologic 6.3E-M (LSIG), is an interchangeable electronic type that supports a wide range of measurement functions including current and voltage across phases, voltage unbalance, phase sequence, power quality metrics (P, Q, S, cos phi, THDu, THDv, THDi), and energy consumption (kWh; kVAh; kVARh) with demand current/power featuring an adjustable time window. It is classified under utilisation category A.
