Schneider Electric TM221CE16R is a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) CPU processor module featuring integrated I/Os. It supports analog functions including PID control, counting with up to 4 high-speed counters (HSC) at a 100kHz frequency, position control (PTO) with trapezoidal and S-curve profiles for controlling 2 or 4 axes in pulse direction (P/D) mode or 1 or 2 axes in CW/CCW mode, pulse width modulation (PWM), pulse generator (PLS), and frequency generator (FREQGEN). The connection options include a removable screw terminal block, one RJ45 connector for serial links (RS-232 or RS-485), one RJ45 connector for Ethernet, and one USB mini-B programming port. It operates on a supply voltage of 85-264Vac (100-240Vac nominal) and can be mounted on a symmetrical rail or panel. The operating ambient air temperature range is +14 to +131°F (-10 to +55°C), and it has a memory capacity of 640KB total RAM, with 256kB for internal variables, 256kB for application and client data, and 2MB flash memory for backing up the client application and data in the event of a power outage.
