Turck BCE10-QF5.5-AP6X2-0.3-RS4 is a capacitive proximity sensor belonging to the BC...-QF5.5 series, designed with a Qpak housing for top-sensing and embeddable applications. It operates on a supply voltage range of 10-30Vdc, with nominal values at 12Vdc and 24Vdc. The sensor is constructed with a PP (Polypropylene) housing and sensing face, and features a PUR (Polyurethane) cable jacket. It comes pre-wired with a 30cm / 12" pigtail PUR cable, terminating in a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector. This sensor has a 5.5mm thick rectangular body and offers an IP65 degree of protection. It supports a maximum switching frequency of 50Hz and can operate within an ambient air temperature range of -10°C to +60°C. The sensor provides 1 x digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP; 100mA max.), with a no-load current consumption of 15mA. It has a sensing distance of 10mm and includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. Its operating mode is NO (Normally Open).
