Turck BI15-CP40-FDZ30X2/S10-S97/L is an inductive proximity sensor from the BI...-CP40 series designed for embeddable applications. It operates with a supply voltage range of 20-250Vac (including nominal values of 24Vac, 200Vac, 220Vac, 240Vac) and 10-300Vdc (including nominal values of 12Vdc, 24Vdc, 48Vdc, 120Vdc, 200Vdc, 250Vdc). The sensor is housed in a PBT-GF30-V0 material, which is glass fiber reinforced Polybutylene Terephthalate, ensuring durability. It features a pre-wired 2m / 6.5ft cable with bare end flying leads for connection and has a rectangular body measuring H40mm x W40mm, known as Combiprox, with a terminal chamber. This sensor offers a degree of protection of IP67, making it suitable for use in various environmental conditions with an ambient air temperature range for operation of -40°C to +70°C. It includes 1 x digital output (20-250Vac / 10-300Vdc; AC/DC 2-wire power MOSFET output), a sensing distance of 15mm, and is equipped with protection functions against output short-circuit and overload (Latched SCP). The operating mode can be programmed to either NO (Normally Open) or NC (Normally Closed).
