About the product

Turck BI2-EG08K-AP6X-2-PSG3M/S1367 is an inductive proximity sensor belonging to the BI...-EG08 series. This sensor features a short barrel embeddable design with a stainless steel housing and is supplied with a 2m / 6.5ft pigtail cable that terminates with a 3-pin M8 Picofast threaded coupl. nut male connector. It operates on a supply voltage of 10-30Vdc, with nominal voltages of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. The sensor has a fully threaded short cylindrical/barrel (Picoprox) shape, offers a sensing distance of 2mm, and includes a single digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP) that operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode. It is designed with a degree of protection rated at IP67 and includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The thread size for this sensor is M8.
