Turck BI4-M12-AP6X-4-WS4T is a sensor designed for proximity detection within the BI...-M12 series. This inductive proximity sensor/switch features an embeddable design with a supply voltage range of 10-30Vdc, including nominal 12Vdc and 24Vdc. It is constructed with a chrome-plated brass housing and is connected via a pre-wired 4m / 13ft pigtail cable that terminates with a 4-pin angled M12 Eurofast QD male connector. The sensor has an M12 partially threaded barrel shape and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, making it suitable for operation in ambient air temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C. It includes 1 x digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP) with a sensing distance of 4mm. The BI4-M12-AP6X-4-WS4T is equipped with protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. It operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode and has an M12 thread size.
