About the product

Turck NI14-EM18-AP6X/S97/CS11383 is an inductive proximity sensor designed for a wide range of industrial applications. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40°C to +70°C and is equipped with a pre-wired 2m / 6.5ft cable that terminates with bare end flying leads for easy installation. Part of the NI...-EM18 series, it features a stainless steel housing in an M18 partially threaded barrel shape, ensuring durability and compatibility with standard mounts. The sensor offers a sensing distance of 14mm and operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode. It is designed to work with a supply voltage of 10-30Vdc, including nominal 12Vdc and 24Vdc. The device includes one digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP) and incorporates protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. Its degree of protection is rated at IP67, making it suitable for use in environments where dust and moisture resistance is required.
