Turck RI30P2-QR14-LIU5X2-0.3-RS4 is a contactless rotary inductive angle sensor designed for precise angle measurement. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +70°C and features a blind hole shaft that is washdown-resistant, making it suitable for harsh environments. This sensor is pre-wired with a 30cm pigtail that terminates with a 3-pin M12 Eurofast QD connector for easy installation. Part of the Q-track QR14 series, it has dimensions of H49mm x W54mm x D14mm and offers a high degree of protection with IP68 and IP69K ratings. The sensor requires a supply voltage of 15Vdc to 30Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal, and is housed in a rectangular, plastic PBT-GF30-V0 casing. It features a 500Hz sampling rate, a 1/4" bore size, and includes protection functions against short-circuit, wire-break, and reverse polarity. The sensor provides one analog output (0-10Vdc / 4-20mA; 12-bit resolution) with a resolution of ≤0.09° and a measurement accuracy of ≤0.025% of full scale. It also includes a green LED for visual position indication and power status, and has a current consumption of 100mA. The sensor is capable of measuring angular positions from 0° to +30°.
