Wago 750-8100 is a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) CPU unit featuring a range of communication protocols including MQTT, DHCP, DNS, NTP, FTP, FTPS, SNMP, HTTP, HTTPS, and SSH. It operates on a supply voltage of 18-31.2Vdc via wiring with a nominal 24Vdc and has no AC supply voltage. The unit is designed for connection through 2 x RJ45 connectors for fieldbus and a cage-clamp 2-pin for the system, encapsulated in an Eco version design. It is suitable for operation in ambient air temperatures ranging from 0°C to +55°C and can be stored in temperatures from -25°C to +85°C. The CPU unit supports a control voltage of 10Mbit/s and 100Mbit/s for rated voltage (AC) with an IP20 degree of protection. Its dimensions are H96.8mm x W49.5mm x D71.9mm, housed in a polycarbonate (PC) / Polyamide (PA) 6.6 casing, designed to fit on a DIN-35 rail. The unit can manage up to 250 connections per node and 64 field devices, featuring a 256MB RAM, 256MB internal flash memory, 64kB non-volatile memory for software, and 10MB distributed dynamically between program memory and data memory, plus an additional 64kB non-volatile memory for hardware. It belongs to the PFC100 series, with vibration resistance according to EN 60068-2-6 at 4g and shock resistance according to EN 60068-2-27 at 15g. The unit consumes 300mA at 24Vdc under nominal load and up to 700mA for system supply. Programming and configuration can be done via various environments and languages including Instruction List (IL), Ladder Diagram (LD), Function Block Diagram (FBD), Continuous Function Chart (CFC), Structured Text (ST), Sequential Function Chart (SFC), with e!COCKPIT based on CODESYS V3, WAGO-I/O-CHECK, and Web-Based Management as configuration options. It operates under a real-time Linux system with an RT-Preempt patch, includes a microSD card slot supporting up to 32GB, and is powered by a Cortex A8 600MHz processor.
