Wago 750-8102/025-000 is a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) CPU unit featuring a range of communication protocols including MQTT, DHCP, DNS, NTP, FTP, FTPS, SNMP, HTTP, HTTPS, and SSH. It operates on a supply voltage of 18-31.2Vdc via wiring with a nominal 24Vdc and can connect through 2 x RJ45 connectors for fieldbus, a 9-pin D-sub connector for serial port, and cage-clamp connectors for system and field connections. Designed for an extended temperature range, it functions within an ambient air temperature of -20°C to +60°C for operation and -40°C to +85°C for storage. The unit supports communication speeds of 10Mbit/s and 100Mbit/s, with an IP20 degree of protection and utilizes Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, Ethernet/IP, RS-232, and RS-485 protocols. Its dimensions are H100mm x W61.5mm x D71.9mm, housed in a polycarbonate (PC) / Polyamide (PA) 6.6 casing, suitable for DIN-35 rail mounting. It features a vibration resistance according to EN 60068-2-6 of 4g and a shock resistance according to EN 60068-2-27 of 15g. The CPU unit is powered by a Cortex A8 600MHz processor, with 256MB RAM, 256MB internal flash memory, 128kB non-volatile memory for software, 12MB distributed dynamically between program and data memory, and 128kB non-volatile memory for hardware. It supports a microSD card slot for up to 32GB, operates on a real-time Linux system with an RT-Preempt patch, and offers programming and configuration through e!COCKPIT, WAGO-I/O-CHECK, and Web-Based Management.
