Wago 750-8215 is a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) CPU unit featuring a range of communication protocols including MQTT, DHCP, DNS, NTP, FTP, FTPS, SNMP, HTTP, HTTPS, and SSH. It operates on a supply voltage of 18-31.2Vdc via wiring with a nominal 24Vdc and supports a control voltage of 10Mbit/s and 100Mbit/s for network communication. The unit is equipped with 4 x RJ45 connectors for fieldbus connections, a 9-pin D-sub connector, and cage-clamp connections for both 2-pin system and 6-pin field wiring. It has an IP20 degree of protection and is designed for operation in ambient air temperatures ranging from C to +55°C and storage temperatures from C to +85°C. The CPU unit boasts a 512MB RAM, 4GB internal flash memory, 128kB non-volatile memory for software, 32MB for program memory, 128MB for data memory, and 128kB non-volatile memory for hardware. It supports various programming environments and languages including Instruction List (IL), Ladder Diagram (LD), Function Block Diagram (FBD), Continuous Function Chart (CFC), Structured Text (ST), Sequential Function Chart (SFC), and is compatible with CODESYS V3.5 Firmware Release 23 or higher, e!COCKPIT, WAGO-I/O-CHECK, Web-Based Management, e!RUNTIME library, and CODESYS Library. The unit's housing is made of Polycarbonate (PC) / Polyamide (PA) 6.6, ensuring durability, and it is designed for mounting on a DIN-35 rail with dimensions of H100mm x W112mm x D71.9mm. It features a Cortex A8 1GHz processor, an SD and SDHC card slot supporting up to 32GB, and is capable of withstanding vibration resistance according to EN 60068-2-6 -- 4g and shock resistance according to EN 60068-2-27 --15g. The unit's power consumption is 550mA at 24Vdc under nominal load and 1700mA for system supply.
