About the product
Banner Engineering SM2A30SRLNCQD is a photo-electric sensor designed for through-beam system applications with an "A" modulation frequency and is washdown rated. This sensor, part of the SM30 series, functions as a receiver alone and is housed in stainless steel. It comes pre-equipped with a 3-pin 7/8" mini connector for connectivity. The sensor operates on a supply voltage range of 24Vac-240Vac, with nominal voltages of 200Vac and 220Vac. It is designed to function in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40 to +70°C. The SM2A30SRLNCQD offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, NEMA 6P, and IP69K, making it suitable for harsh environmental conditions. Its shape is an M30 cylindrical threaded/barrel, and it features 1 x digital output (Solid-state AC output) for signaling. The sensing distance of this sensor is 150m, utilizing infrared (IR) light with a wavelength of 880 nm. It has a response time of 10ms / 0.01 s and operates in Dark-ON mode. The thread size for mounting is M30.
