Banner Engineering DX80SR2M-H is a gateway designed for surface mounting with a polycarbonate housing, polycarbonate rotary dial cover, polyester labels, EDPM rubber cover gasket, and nitrile rubber. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +85°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67 NEMA 6. The dimensions of this rectangular-shaped gateway are H41.3mm x W80.14mm x D80.14mm. It features a visual position indicator with red/green LED for radio status and operates on a transmission frequency of 2400 MHz. This part of the Serial data radios sub-range utilizes btn. 2 x bi-color LEDs for international FHSS (Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum) technology. It includes screw connections and an RP-SMA connector for connectivity, requires a supply voltage of 10-30Vdc (12Vdc-24Vdc nom.), and supports communication protocols such as RS-485, RS-232, and Modbus RTU. The frequency is set in the 2.4GHz ISM band at 65mW, capable of a maximum transmission distance of 3.2km at nominal emission power.
