Banner Engineering EZLSA-HTE-R23-490 is a safety light curtain designed for hand detection with a resolution of 23mm and a protective height of 490mm. It features a durable FDA-approved hygienic polycarbonate housing, PVC cable, and stainless steel end caps. This part operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +55°C and offers a high degree of protection with IP65, IP67, and IP69K ratings. The light curtain emits infrared light and has a response time of 10.8ms. It includes 2 digital outputs (24Vdc; 500mA; sourcing; redundant OSSD solid-state outputs) and can sense objects within a distance of 10cm to 8.4m. This LS series type 4 safety light curtain is housed in an IP69K hygienic enclosure, making it suitable for environments requiring stringent cleanliness standards. It comes pre-wired with a 25ft cable that terminates with bare end flying leads, operates on a 24Vdc supply voltage, and features a yellow housing. The cable diameter is 63.5mm, and the beam spacing/pitch is 23mm, with a net height of 653 mm.
