About the product
Banner Engineering K50APFF100GREQ is a pick-to-light device from the EZ-LIGHT series designed for optical sensing with a fixed field infrared (IR) sensing I.O. block compatible LED illumination. It features a black housing with a dome window shape, constructed from polycarbonate (PC) for both the diffused window and the base. This unit is pre-equipped with a 4-pin M12 Euro-style QD connector for connectivity and operates within a supply voltage range of 12Vdc-30Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal. It offers versatile mounting options including surface, base pole M30, and 1/2" NPSM thread, with a 50mm / 2" dome diameter. The K50APFF100GREQ operates efficiently in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40°C to +50°C and is rated with a degree of protection of IP67, IP69K, NEMA 4X, NEMA 13, UL type 4X, and UL type 13. Its operating mode includes a momentary job light (G; Green) that is ON when the job input is active, touch activation for output only, and a mispick light (R; Red) for inactive job inputs, with a NO (Normally Open) touch output. The device has a current consumption of 75mA, includes 1 x digital input (12-30Vdc; PNP) for JOB color control, a sensing distance of 100mm, and 1 x digital output (12-30Vdc; PNP) each for Touch and Mispick functions.
