About the product
Banner Engineering Q20PDQ5 is a photo-electric sensor from the Q20 series, designed with a diffuse mode potentiometer adjustment for precise sensing applications. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +60°C and is housed in a durable thermoplastic material. This sensor features a pre-wired 6-inch (150mm) pigtail terminated with a 4-pin Euro-style M12 connector for easy installation. It offers a sensing distance of 250mm with a visible red light source at a wavelength of 624 nm. The Q20PDQ5 operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal voltages of 12Vdc and 24Vdc, and includes a single digital output (PNP transistor) with a rapid response time of 0.8ms. It supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes and is protected to IP67 NEMA 6 standards, ensuring its functionality in various environmental conditions.
