About the product
Banner Engineering Q253E W/30 is a photo-electric sensor designed for through-beam system applications, functioning as an emitter alone. It features an M18 threaded mount for secure installation and is equipped with a pre-wired 30ft / 9m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads for easy connection. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C and is suitable for use with supply voltages ranging from 20Vac to 250Vac, with nominal values at 200Vac, 220Vac, and 240Vac. Part of the Q25 AC series, it offers a high degree of protection rated at IP69K NEMA 6P, ensuring durability in demanding environments. The sensor's housing is made from thermoplastic with a polycarbonate lens, and it is designed in a rectangular shape. It has a sensing distance of 20m and utilizes infrared light with a wavelength of 950 nm. The response time of the sensor is 16ms / 0.016 s.
