About the product
Banner Engineering Q25SN6LP is a polarized photo-electric sensor designed for retro-reflective mode operation. It features an M18 threaded mount for secure installation and is equipped with a pre-wired 6.5ft / 2m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads for easy connection. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C and is housed in a thermoplastic casing with an acrylic lens, ensuring durability. It belongs to the Q25 DC series and offers a sensing distance of up to 2m with a visible red light source at a wavelength of 680 nm. The Q25SN6LP operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with 12Vdc and 24Vdc as nominal values. It provides flexibility in operation with Light-ON and Dark-ON modes and includes 1 x digital output (NPN transistor; complementary NO/NC) for signal processing. The sensor's response time is swift at 3ms / 0.003 s, and it boasts a high degree of protection rated at IP69K NEMA 6P, making it suitable for challenging environments.
