Banner Engineering QS18EP6DV W/30 is a photo-electric sensor from the QS18 Expert series, designed with a diffuse mode TEACH mode for versatile applications. It features an M18 threaded mount for secure installation and is equipped with a pre-wired 30ft / 9m cable terminated with bare end flying leads for easy connection. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +70°C and is housed in a thermoplastic casing with a Polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) lens, ensuring durability. It offers a sensing distance of up to 600mm and utilizes visible red light for detection. The QS18EP6DV W/30 supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes, includes a single digital output (PNP transistor), and boasts a rapid response time of 0.6ms / 0.0006 s. It is designed to work with a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc (12Vdc / 24Vdc nom.) and is protected to IP67 NEMA 6 standards, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial environments.
